I ordered on 12/13/2018.

One of the goods was damaged and I immediately uploaded a picture and asked for a refund or an exchange.

I have been waiting since 12/26/2018, the only response from this merchant is "we are working on it."

It has been longer than 2 weeks already, still no response from the merchant.

I have reported this site as a fraud to my credit card company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. IT'S FRAUD.
